What We Do
We bring together housing, support and opportunity into one connected pathway. What we do falls into four connected areas.
Private Rentals & Move-on Accommodation
We provide safe, good-quality private rental and move-on homes that offer people stability at a pivotal moment in their lives. Our houses are more than a roof, they’re a steady base where people can rebuild confidence, establish routines, and take the next steps toward independence with dignity.
Each home acts as a stepping-stone from temporary support into long-term housing. By combining stable housing with consistent relational support through Trinity Foundation, we help people move into their future with clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of possibility.
Emergency Welcome Homes
Daily time with each person is at the heart of our model. Our dedicated home support team visits every day, creating space to build genuine relationships – time to listen, to understand someone’s story rather than just their presenting issue, and to notice the small changes that reveal what support is needed most.
Together, our Homes and Foundation fill a critical gap between statutory intervention and the everyday, relational support that helps people move forward rather than simply wait. We step in early, providing daily contact, 24/7 support when it’s needed most, and structured move-on support that prevents repeat homelessness. We also know long-term stability depends on belonging, so we actively support community integration, helping people build the connections that sustain them well beyond their time in a Welcome Home.
Town Centre Regeneration
We work closely with councils to bring empty and underused town-centre buildings back into productive use, protecting the retail frontage that keeps a high street alive, while unlocking new residential capacity above it.
We identify opportunities together, mapping empty retail units and underused buildings with councils. Ground-floor retail stays active and trading, while upper floors become high-quality, modern homes, tailored to what each town actually needs, delivered quickly and without cutting corners.
Trinity Pathways
Working with Trinity Foundation, we focus on the skills, confidence and connections that help people sustain a home long after they leave us. Through daily time and relationship-based support, we help people build the practical tenancy and everyday life skills that create stability.
We invest in confidence and resilience, strengthen community connection so people move on into belonging rather than isolation, and provide early mental health support long before crisis point. By partnering with colleges, training providers and local organisations, we open up opportunities for learning and progression, ensuring that moving on is a step into a stronger future, not just a change of address.
